Toast sandwich with figs and Gorgonzola
Ingredients:
- 6 slices of whole-grain Vita Balance bread with einkorn
- 150 g of Gorgonzola
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 3 ripe figs
- Thyme
Directions:
Bake the bread slices in the oven, then remove and put the pieces of Gorgonzola on them. Put the sliced figs on top (½ of fig per slice) and sprinkle with liquid honey and fresh thyme leaves.
