Toast sandwich with figs and Gorgonzola


  • 6 slices of whole-grain Vita Balance bread with einkorn
  • 150 g of Gorgonzola
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 3 ripe figs
  • Thyme


Bake the bread slices in the oven, then remove and put the pieces of Gorgonzola on them. Put the sliced figs on top (½ of fig per slice) and sprinkle with liquid honey and fresh thyme leaves.
