Shrimp tapas

Ingredients:
- 250 g of shrimps, cleaned
- 50 g of butter
- 2 cloves of sliced garlic
- 1 red chilli pepper, cut into thin strips
- Salt, black pepper, red pepper
- Vita Silhouette Bread with wheat sprouts and wheat germs
- Dried tomatoes, capers and lime for serving
Directions:
Distribute the shrimps into individual baking pans. Put the butter. Add the sliced garlic and chilli pepper. Season with salt, black and red pepper and put in a pre-heated oven to high heat. Bake until the shrimps become pink and you obtain a smooth butter sauce. Serve warm with whole-grain Vita Silhouette bread grilled on a grill pan, dried tomatoes, capers and lime.
