Shrimp tapas

Ingredients:

  • 250 g of shrimps, cleaned
  • 50 g of butter
  • 2 cloves of sliced garlic
  • 1 red chilli pepper, cut into thin strips
  • Salt, black pepper, red pepper
  • Vita Silhouette Bread with wheat sprouts and wheat germs
  • Dried tomatoes, capers and lime for serving

Directions:

Distribute the shrimps into individual baking pans. Put the butter. Add the sliced garlic and chilli pepper. Season with salt, black and red pepper and put in a pre-heated oven to high heat. Bake until the shrimps become pink and you obtain a smooth butter sauce. Serve warm with whole-grain Vita Silhouette bread grilled on a grill pan, dried tomatoes, capers and lime.
