Crostini with eggs and ham
Spread some olive oil on 4 slices of whole-grain Vita Balance bread with 9 super grains and put in the oven on 200 degrees for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, mix 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon of coarse-grain mustard in a small bowl. Fry the four eggs with the sunny side up in a non-stick pan with very little oil.
Put a thin slice of ham, the eggs and 1 tablespoon of the mayonnaise sauce on the roasted bread. Serve warm.
