Cocktail sandwiches

Cut 200 g of mozzarella into thin slices. Cut 8 slices of Vita Silhouette rye bread into half and put half of them in a baking pan. Put a piece of mozzarella and 1 slice of prosciutto or other high-quality ham on each slice in the baking pan. Cover with the other half of the slice and bake in a pre-heated oven for about 2 minutes, just to let the mozzarella soften. Wrap the ends of the sandwiches in parchment paper so that they are easy to hold and arrange in a nice plate.
