Bruschetti with guacamole and dried tomatoes

Roast 4 slices of Vita Balance rye whole-grain bread on both sides in a toaster or grill.

Mix 1 avocado, 1 clove of crushed garlic, ½ of finely chopped onion and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice in a bowl. Blend everything until you obtain a homogeneous mixture and season with salt and black pepper. Add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.

Distribute the mixture on the roasted slices of bread and garnish with finely chopped dried tomatoes.
