Bruschetti with grilled cheese and walnuts

Cut 4 slices of Vita Balance rye bread into half and arrange in a baking pan. Put a piece of different cheese on each half, such as blue cheese, Brie, Gouda cheese or Emmental, and add a walnut. Bake for about 10 minutes in a pre-heated oven until the cheese melts and the walnuts become crispy and serve with a glass of nice wine.
