Breaded slices with cornflakes
Ingredients:
- 1 loaf of Vita Balance bread with einkorn
- 1 loaf of Vita Silhouette bread with chia and buckwheat
- 6 eggs
- 100 ml cream
- 150 g natural cornflakes
- 250 g Mascarpone
- The zest of 1 lemon and 1 lime
- The juice of ½ lime
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- Fresh fruit
- Nutella
- Nuts
- Butter for frying
Directions:
Mix the eggs with the cream in a large bowl. Put the natural cornflakes crushed into small pieces in a large plate. Soak the slices of bread in the egg mixture and then bread with the cornflakes. Fry in a preheated frying pan with a stick of butter until golden.
Mix the Mascarpone, sugar, citrus zest and lime juice in a separate bowl. Stir well and serve with the breaded slices, Nutella, fruit and nuts.
