Breaded slices with cornflakes


  • 1 loaf of Vita Balance bread with einkorn
  • 1 loaf of Vita Silhouette bread with chia and buckwheat
  • 6 eggs
  • 100 ml cream
  • 150 g natural cornflakes
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • The zest of 1 lemon and 1 lime
  • The juice of ½ lime
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • Fresh fruit
  • Nutella
  • Nuts
  • Butter for frying


Mix the eggs with the cream in a large bowl. Put the natural cornflakes crushed into small pieces in a large plate. Soak the slices of bread in the egg mixture and then bread with the cornflakes. Fry in a preheated frying pan with a stick of butter until golden.

Mix the Mascarpone, sugar, citrus zest and lime juice in a separate bowl. Stir well and serve with the breaded slices, Nutella, fruit and nuts.
