Spinach and tuna sandwich

Stew 2 handfuls of spinach (you can also use frozen spinach) with some olive oil, salt, black pepper and ground nutmeg. After the water boils off, remove from heat and distribute the spinach on 4 slices of Vita Silhouette bread with chia and buckwheat. Take one can of tuna fish in water, drain and distribute the tuna fish on the spinach. Season the tuna fish with salt, black pepper, a drop of olive oil and lemon zest.
