Crab salad with whole-grain toasted bread

Sprinkle sea salt and black pepper and spread some olive oil on 4 slices of whole-grain Vita Balance bread with einkorn. Grill until golden and crispy.

Mix 300 g of crab meat (from a can or chopped crab rolls) with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 3 stalks of chopped chives and the juice of 1 lemon. Season with dill, salt and black pepper and stir well.

Distribute the crab salad into 4 plates, add a handful of green salad and put some olive oil. Serve with the whole-grain toasted bread.

Sweet toasted bread

Toast 2 slices of Vita Balance whole-grain bread in a toaster. Put regular cream cheese on top. Garnish with strawberry jam and banana pieces.
