Broccoli soup with basil toasted bread

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a casserole and stew 1 clove of chopped garlic. Add 200 g of frozen broccoli and cover with water. Boil for about 15 minutes or until the broccoli become soft. Blend everything and season with salt and black pepper. Pour in bowls and sprinkle with sliced almonds if you wish.

In the meantime, put some olive oil on 4 slices of Vita Silhouette bread with 6 grains and sprinkle with basil. Roast in the oven and serve chopped with the soup.
